Presentation of
Pinot Noir "Saint-Hubert"

Terroir of Pinot Noir "Saint-Hubert"

In homage to René KUEHN, a fervent lover of nature and a keen hunter, we have selected the finest terroirs with predominantly limestone soils. Expressing the depth and fruitiness of Pinot Noir with its silky tannins, it has a rare elegance.

Vinification of Pinot Noir "Saint-Hubert"

When the grapes are harvested, we sort each batch before starting the skin maceration process. This maceration of the berries with the juice extracts the colour, and is carried out under temperature control with pumping over and punching down of the cap for almost a week.

Tasting notes of Pinot Noir "Saint-Hubert"

A deep garnet-red colour. The nose expresses aromas of small black
fruits. On the palate, notes of blackberry and blackcurrant come through, with silky tannins and a full-bodied, harmonious structure.
