Terroirs and speciality

Most of our wines come from "Lieux-Dits" - places / plots particularly famous for the quality of their soil and their exposure to the sun. Located on the hillsides, often planted with elderly vines, the yields of our vines grown in Lieu-Dits are lower than those of our vines located further downhill and used mainly for our classic varietal-oriented wines.
