Crispy munster of Alsace with bacon and chives

Ingredients

• 8 brick sheets
• 1 small munster (AOC Alsace)
• 75 g sliced bacon
• 2 eggs
• 15 cl of cream
• 20 g melted butter
• salt pepper
• nutmeg
• 5 sprigs of chives

Preparation of recipe

Brush each sheet of brick with melted butter, with a brush. Stack the leaves as you go and cut them together in 4 quarters.
In silicone muffin pans, place 2 stacked brick wedges, pushing well with your fingers.


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (rotating heat).
Cut the munster into small pieces and garnish the pieces with the pastry sheet and add the sliced bacon.


Beat the eggs, add the cream and mix well. Salt lightly, pepper and add a hint of grated nutmeg. In each box, put a good tablespoon of the egg / cream mixture and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the pastry sheets are golden brown but not black.
Sprinkle with chopped chives and enjoy hot.
