Protected from the westerly winds by the sub-Vosgian hills, the vines are located on the best slopes of Ammerschwihr, facing east/south-east. These terroirs are predominantly clay-limestone.

After an appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care and then matured for several months on fine lees to gain in structure and reveal their most beautiful aromatic expression.

"Les Caves de l'Enfer" wines are characteristic of their grape variety and representative of the "Alsace" appellation.
The wine made from Muscat grapes has a clear, lively colour with fine green highlights. The characteristic notes of fresh grapes mingle with notes of lilac and rose. On the palate, you'll have the impression of biting into the grape as it comes off the vine.
