The Pinot Gris "Bio" comes from vines located at the end of the valley, growing on an original, stony and permeable terroir. The vines are grown organically, in keeping with the great biodiversity of the flora and fauna. It is certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01. These low-rainfall soils produce soft, charming wines.
After an appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care and then matured for several months on fine lees to gain in structure and reveal their most beautiful aromatic expression.
Its colour is golden yellow. This Pinot Gris has a charming bouquet with an elegant nose
notes of fruit, such as apricot and vine peach. On the palate, the same aromatic touches are found, along with a hint of dried fruit. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, evoking aromas of apricot, subtle honeyed and smoky notes and a pleasant hint of freshness on the finish.
