This AOC Alsace Riesling "Bio" comes from a south-facing terroir cultivated using organic methods and resting on granite rock. It is certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01. The Rieslings from these terroirs are dry, fresh and elegant, concentrating all the minerality of the soil in a crystalline colour and pure, slightly lemony flavours.
After an appropriate pressing in our pneumatic presses, each wine is vinified with the greatest care and then matured for several months on fine lees to gain in structure and reveal their finest aromatic expression.
A brilliant golden yellow colour. The nose reveals citrus aromas and a few notes of acacia flowers.
On the palate, the wine is dry and fresh, with fine, delicate aromas of citrus peel and minerality.
Food and wine pairing with Riesling Organic "Les Caves de l'Enfer"
This Riesling is a dry, elegant white wine that goes well with fish: Turbot with an orange and rosemary sauce, fish fillet with lemongrass sauce, marinated herring or fish tartar. It also goes well with poultry and white meats.
