Traditional method with 15 to 18 months ageing on laths.
This wine has a lovely pale gold colour with brilliant highlights. Its fine effervescence will seduce you, as will its notes of white flowers and fresh fruit.
Explosively fresh and fine on the palate, it finishes with delicate floral notes and great tension.

A perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, cocktails and grilled fish.
