The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. After an initial fermentation in vats, the wine is bottled and then, naturally, with the addition of the tirage liqueur, a second fermentation takes place in the bottle: this is the prise de mousse. This method, known as the "Méthode Traditionnelle", is combined with an ageing period of 15 to 18 months on laths.
Crémant d'Alsace Brut Cuvée Prestige is light yellow in colour, with a magnificent necklace of fine bubbles. On the nose, delicate notes of white flowers and fresh fruit. A freshness and a delicate fragrance that are repeated on the palate to delight the taste buds.
This fresh, elegant Crémant is of course a great classic for aperitifs, mignardises and other cocktails, but it is also a wonderful accompaniment to a seafood platter.
