Vinification method of Crémant d'Alsace Extra Brut "Cuvée 1675"

The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and then sorted and transported whole to the press. After an initial fermentation in the vat, the wine is bottled and then, naturally, with the addition of the tirage liqueur, a second fermentation takes place in the bottle: this is the prise de mousse. This "Méthode Traditionnelle" method, combined with long ageing on laths, is responsible for the fine, regular bubbles and elegant bouquet of our Crémants d'Alsace. With a low dosage, this top-of-the-range Crémant d'Alsace, dedicated to the 1675 creation date of the Kuehn house, is also a gourmet wine. A delight for all lovers of fine bubbles and the finest gourmets.
